We are excited and inspired by the opportunities that Eli’s Greens has created for ourfamily. Firstly, microgreens provide an opportunity to improve the health of our familyand the community we have been a part of for 25 years. In this age of fast and ultra-processed foods we feel we can make a real difference by creating awareness of theamazing taste and nutritional value of these amazing vegetables. Secondly, as avidgardeners, Eli’s Greens provides an opportunity of creative, self-expression in choosingand experimenting with the multitude of varieties available for cultivation. Finally, andmost-importantly, Eli’s Greens provides a sense of purpose, responsibility and communityengagement for our son, Eli. Whether working the table at the farmer’s market, makingsales calls to restaurants or delivering shares to local residents, Eli will always be the“face” of Eli’s Greens!.
